From Keep Truckee Meadows BeautifulAre you looking to put something new in your garden or yard? The city of Reno Parks Department is giving KTMB and the Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation the proceeds from the sale of city grown flowers and vegetables! The sale will be Wednesday and Thursday, July 1 and 2, from 8-2 pm, unless there is a sell-out on Wednesday, at the City of Reno Parks Department nursery located at 190 Telegraph Road directly behind a public storage facility.  

For the protection of everyone –

  • Customers and staff will be required to wear masks
  • Tape marks on floor guide one-way system through the greenhouse
  • 40 customers plus up to 10 staff maximum in greenhouse

Pricing: 

$2 per 4-inch pot or six-pack

$4 per gallon plant pot – mostly shrubs and a few succulents

$1 per pot for tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables.
