Here’s a quick look at the Reno/Sparks housing market. October single family home sales were down 5 percent from September, but the median sales price increased by 8.7 percent, from $239,000 in September to $260,000 in October.

Condo sales remained steady over the past two months, but the median sales price for condos decreased by 7 percent, from $107,500 in September down to just below one hundred thousand in October.
