More good news: the Reno-Sparks housing market is among the three leaders nationally in the Realtor.com “Turnaround Towns” index. The Web site notes that third-quarter prices in Reno were up 28.2 percent from a year ago, inventories of existing homes on the market were down by 19.8 percent and the number of days that homes were on the market fell by more than 30 percent.
