A great new fitness concept is opening in Reno soon! Orange theory fitness brings their one-hour small group personal training session to Reno.  I have done this workout at least 10 times while traveling to different locations and I absolutely love it. One of the best one-hour workouts I have ever done.  It is truly spectacular because you work to your level of fitness based on your age.   You wear a heart rate monitor during the workout so you always know where you are at.  Nowhere to hide.  I personally love fitness and working out.  I love the community, effort and how it makes me feel after!   Welcome them to town and sign up and see if it is for you!
