I am noticing more and more activity.  The current environment of falling interest rates and falling prices is making a great environment to purchase.  Homes are again affordable!  If you are going to consider purchasing a home in 09 I always recommend speaking to a lender to get pre-qualified.  This will allow you to be ready to purchase the home you like when you find it, and also lets you know the right price range to shop for your particular situation.
